					<description>I am what you call one of your best customers and we are on our 3rd 622 DVR receiver failure.  The same thing happens everytime, the hard drive jsut keeps spinning. 3-5 days to get a replacement receiver. No technician to install and set the new remotes up. We have defended DISH to all of our friends. This is just too much of an inconvenience.  You are forcing us to change.  If or when we have our next DVR failure, we are going to DIRECT.  IS anyone listening?</description>
