Great news – effective August 6, 2009 DISH Network launched a new 24-hour Urdu-language channel called “TVONE”! Customers can now enjoy TVONE as part of the Pak Mega Pack programming package for no additional cost or as an a-la-carte option for $14.99/month. “TVONE” Channel Added to Pak Mega Pack – Effective August 6, 2009
TVONE is a 24-hour channel based out of Pakistan, adapted for U.S. viewers. It offers a picture of contemporary Pakistan with programming content catering to South Asians anywhere in the world. TVONE broadcasts non-stop entertainment from many genres and with options for all age groups, including dramas, talk shows, news on the hour, music programs, youth shows, comedy, and infotainment.
Customers who subscribe to TVONE a la carte and do not also subscribe to Eligible Residential Programming will be charged a $6.00 per month Service Access Fee.
