The Pentagon Channel and Classic Arts Showcase Now On DISH Network

On September 30, 2009, DISH Network began simulcasting “The Pentagon Channel” and the “Classic Arts Showcase” channel on the 129° orbital location. These channels are available for no additional charge to any DISH Network customer with a dish antenna pointed at either the 61.5° or 129° orbital locations.

The Pentagon Channel broadcasts military news and information for the 2.6 million members of the U.S. Armed Forces including Department of Defense news briefings, Military news, interviews with top Defense officials and short stories about the work of our military.

Classic Arts Showcase is a 24-hour cable channel that plays contemporary, vintage and rare video and film clips of the arts.
